With Peat Smoke, that means going punchier on peated barley. Where the core range sits around 10-12 PPM, this release jumps right up, the latest batches landing around 57 PPM, rivalling some of the big Islay names. Matured exclusively in first-fill bourbon barrels, giving it those signature sweet vanilla, lemon sherbet and apricot notes. The most recent batch was distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2024, aged 9 years.
