Our journey began over a decade ago at an outdoor pub in Melbourne with a group of friends. Little did we know, their recommendation—a glass of Laphroaig served with a single ice cube would spark our enduring fascination with the world of whisky. Years later, that “interest” blossomed into a full-blown passion when we received an exceptional gift: a bottle of Hibiki 12 Year Old. From the very first sip, we were captivated and set out on a mission to experience every type of Japanese whisky we
could find.
