Australia post and other couriers are currently experiencing significant delays for up to 4 business days, please be patient.

Express Post can no longer guarantee next business day turn around and now are also experiencing delays up to 4 business days.

Couriers during this pandemic for health and safety precautions may not require a signature and might process your order as an ATL (Authority to Leave). If this is the case a photo will be taken for proof of delivery.

We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information to ensure someone is home at the time of delivery.

Due to the congestion and capacity issues of logistics chains and airfreight you might experience delays in your parcel being delivered.

FREE SHIPPING & NATIONAL FLAT RATE

The free shipping promotion for is currently eligible for minimum order of $150 and above and areas that are listed inside the link below. 

The flat rate of $20 applies to orders under $149.99

Highball is not liable for lost or damaged parcels without transit cover.

FREIGHT TIMES 

Please note these are the average estimates from the couriers we use, we can't factor for any unforeseen parcel delays. If you require your delivery by a specific date please be sure to use the express shipping or leave at least 3-4 days buffer to be on the safe side.

We dispatch within 3 business days of you placing your order. Once your parcel is on its way, here are approximate delivery times:

Standard Shipping:
NSW/ACT  - 2-5 business days
VIC/QLD/SA - 3-10 business days
NT - 5-10 business days
WA/TAS - 7-14 business days

Express Shipping:
VIC/NSW- 1-2 business days
ACT/QLD/SA/TAS - 2-3 business days
NT - 3-4 business days
WA - 3-5 business days


SHIPPING TERMS
 

  • Usually we dispatch your order the following business day however, please allow for up to 4 business days for handling (unless your product is stock on demand in which case it'll be dispatched according to the timeline specified on the product)
  • Deliveries are conducted next business day, Monday - Friday only
  • Excludes weekends and public holidays
  • Transit times are estimated
  • May be affected by factors out of our control
  • May change without notice
  • Parcel lockers and PO boxes not accepted
  • If you have paid via PayPal e-cheque, your order will not be shipped until the payment has been approved from PayPal.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Alcohol deliveries with our couriers can have either a Signature on Delivery or be given Authority to Leave (ATL), and be delivered without a signature.

  • A driver may not deliver a parcel with ATL if they deem it unsafe to do so, and this is at their discretion.
  • Parcels with Signature on Delivery require a signature from someone over the age of 18. An identification check may be required if the individual looks under 25.
  • Drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery at any time.

RETURNS 

To return your product, please contact us at highballwhisky.au@gmail.com You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
