Do you make your own Spirits?
We do not distill our own products. Highball sources from Distillery and Distributers to create our 50ml tasting bottles.

How long will shipping take?
We dispatch within 3 business days of you placing your order. Once your parcel is on its way, here are approximate delivery times:
Standard Shipping:
NSW/ACT - 2-5 business days
VIC/QLD/SA - 3-10 business days
NT - 5-10 business days
WA/TAS - 7-14 business days
NSW/ACT - 2-5 business days
VIC/QLD/SA - 3-10 business days
NT - 5-10 business days

Express Shipping:
VIC/NSW- 1-2 business days

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for orders over $99 and for orders below the required amount shipping is $15 flat rate, Express shipping and transit cover is extra.
What happens if my delivery is damaged late of missing?
Contact our friendly support team and they can assist you! Please note most parcels are delivered within 6 days of the estimated delivery date, and Highball is not liable for lost or damaged parcels without transit cover.
Can I collect my order?
All our parcels are delivered by Australia Post and cannot be collected, If you’ve left it last minute, make sure you select express shipping at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship Australia-wide only.
Should I select transit cover at checkout?
We recommend it! This covers you in the unlikely instance your parcel is damaged or lost by Auspost. Highball is not liable for lost or damaged parcels without transit cover.
