Refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is damaged during postage you may need to take the damaged item and packaging to the courier provider for a damage report to be completed. Please do not attempt to open any bottle which you believe has leaked during postage.

Please note minor wear and leaks due to temperature or air pressure changes may not warrant an insurance claim for damages.

To start a return, you can contact us at highballwhisky.au@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds & Cancellations

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your nominated payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If a refund is requested before the item has been sent, we can issue a refund excluding any payment fees which are non-refundable. This does not include items won at auction which are non-refundable.
