The Isle of Arran Distillery only opened in 1995, making it one of Scotland's newer operations. Don't let that fool you. In just a few decades they've built a reputation for clean, characterful whisky that punches well above its age.

The 10 Year Old is their flagship expression. Matured in bourbon oak for a decade, then bottled at 46% without chill filtration, this is an unpeated Highland single malt that lets the distillery character do the talking.

On the nose it's all sunshine and orchard. Pineapple, green apple, fresh citrus and vanilla. The palate follows through with biscuit, custard tart, soft spice and summer fruits, before a medium finish of sweet oak and a mineral citrus tang.

Approachable, endlessly drinkable, and genuinely easy to love. The kind of whisky that works just as well as your first dram as it does your fourth.
