Matured for at least ten years in a combination of ex‑bourbon, sherry, and virgin oak casks, this expression delivers layered complexity with a gentle thread of smoke that sets it apart from many traditional Speyside malts. Bottled without chill filtration and at natural colour, it is a balanced, versatile whisky that highlights fruit, malt, oak, and subtle peat in harmony.

Tasting Notes

Nose
Bright and fresh, with orchard fruits, pear, and apple leading the way. Notes of honey, vanilla, toasted oak, and a light wisp of smoke add depth and intrigue.

Palate
Smooth and approachable. Juicy fruit and creamy malt sweetness are complemented by soft spice, roasted oak, and gentle peat smoke. Hints of almond, vanilla cream, and green fruit round out the profile.

Finish
Medium in length and well balanced, with lingering fruit sweetness, mild oak spice, and a delicate smoky fade.
