I was lucky enough to win a Callington Mill Distillery masterclass at Casa Devinos last year, and this dram was the clear standout for me.
Recently crowned Single Malt Whisky of the Year at the 2025 London Spirits Competition, it’s matured entirely in rare first-fill ex–Pedro Ximénez casks from Andalusia. The result? A deep mahogany whisky with a thick, luscious texture, bursting with raisin, dates and figs, layered with dark chocolate, coffee and honey. Bold, indulgent, and beautifully balanced.
