Derwent Olorosso Sherry - 50ml

A single cask, single malt whisky. Matured in a first fill 25L South Australian, Seppeltsfield Cooperage, European Oak, Oloroso Sherry Cask. Matured for 3 years and then flocked in a ‘short flock method’ where we retain the viscous and rich mouthfeel and flavours of the heavy oils which are often lost during a longer flock.

What to expect: A delicate oaked amber colour. Aromas of spiced oranges, fig and sticky sherry. On the palet you can enjoy pantry spices of nutmeg, warm apple crumble and oak. Delicious long and slightly dry finish.

Limited release with only 100 bottles.

This release has been bottled in a convenient 200ml size.
