Tasting Notes

Nose
Inviting and expressive, with heather honey, butterscotch, and caramelised sugar upfront. Notes of dried fruit, sultanas, and orange peel follow, supported by cinnamon, nutmeg, and toasted oak.

Palate
Medium‑bodied and rounded, showing waves of honeyed malt, vanilla, and rich toffee. Sherry influence brings raisin, fig, and dark chocolate notes, while red fruit and warming baking spices add complexity.

Finish
