Produced by the Niigata Kameda Distillery, the Ohtani Whisky Zodiac Sign Series “Pisces” is a Japanese single malt whisky crafted entirely from malt spirits distilled on-site. This release marks the distillery’s first official whisky that fits the traditional definition of Japanese whisky.

Matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, this whisky offers a distinct sweetness alongside delicate aromas of ripe fruits like chocolate mint, vanilla, black tea, raspberry, and melon. The finish is long and evolving, reflecting the unique character and craftsmanship of the distillery.

With a 50% ABV and presented in a 700ml bottle, the Pisces edition stands out as a refined expression in the Japanese whisky landscape.
